TUSB2046I: EMI/EMC Failure

Part Number: TUSB2046I
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS2071

Tool/software:

Hi,

We have been using TUSB2046I for an external USB hub in our design to communicate with other sensors. During our Certification testing we have failed, seemingly traced back to the use of this device, wondering if theres any advice out there to correct the iusse.

Attached graph is from one test, in this test a single USB flash drive is incerted. The signal output is being picked up along our USB cable, of which the usual sheilding, inductors, CMC, capacitors and just about every trick under the sun we and the test house could think of.

We were able to trace back that if the hib was connected without any devices attached to it, so it would be in a standby mode, it was okay, only the addition of a (any, we tried a multitude of devices) USB device caused this failure.

Also Attached Parts of the schematic, if anyone has any thoughts.
