    Hello Abhishek,

    1. Yes, it can support HDMI 2.0 signals as long as the voltage level is within recommended specs. 

    2. Yes, it has a bandwidth of 13GHz

    3. What do you mean by offset voltage? The signal attenuation is affected by the Ron, which is 8.4ohms max for this part.
    The return loss is shown below.

    4. Voltage levels specifications are below.
