In the case of MII, is it sufficient to just route TX_ER to GPIO or INT pin via 0x04D0 register?
Or do we need to set other registers as specified in EEE?

Hi Goto-san,
Yes, configuring 0xD40 is enough to route LPI to GPIO or INT.
However, please confirm other EEE configs are also enabled for EEE advertisements:
