TCAN1051HGV: Impact of Glitch on BUS CAN

Hi,

I'm currently working on a CAN bus simulation and have observed some glitches on the differential signal (CANH - CANL).

The threshold present on this curve is VT+(max) and VIT-(min).

ZOOM :

Could these glitches cause any issues in the integrity of the CAN bus?

    Hi Pierre,

    Yes, as it seems the glitch is near thresholds and can be misinterpreted.

    I would recommend to investigate the source if due to signal integrity issues, network configuration or external interference, improper termination, grounding issues etc, thanks.
