This may be trivial and obvious to those skilled in HDMI; but the TPD12S521 seems to show all HDMI outputs in its application circuits; but when I look at the functional blocks is there anything that would prevent it's use as a protection circuit for an HMDI input as well? It looks obvious to me; but that's usually where I get myself into trouble...
