The landing pattern are same in both diagrams. the placement is just rotated. You can see the pin numbers by referring to the grid A to J, and 1 to 9. Please let me know if you have any specific queries about this.

For the footprint, you can go to the product page on TI.com and scroll to "Design & development" >> " CAD symbols, footprints & 3D models"

And from the TI Altium library, this is the footprint, without any connections added to the component. The ball mark is at the A1 corner.

Thanks for your quick Response  image what you mentioned in the Data Sheet at Page No 4 Pin Configuration am Ignoring it  Considering the Image you Mentioned in the TI Altium library,  footprint, Land Pattern for the IC Pin Configuration  we are following the same to  created footprint. Pls confirm it.

The datasheet page 4 pin configuration is correct. If you match the pin numbers to landing pattern, the TI library footprint and datasheet top view are the same. For example, D5, D6 are GND, but D4 is NC. If we have A1 in bottom left for both:







When you create the footprint, please be sure that the pins are labelled according to the datasheet pin out. Here is the schematic symbol, with the pin numbers:
