SN65DSI84: The SCH review

Hi Tommy,

Some recommendations:

• Please add 0.01uF and 0.1uF decoupling caps on VCC rail.
• VCORE cap should be 0.1uF - current 1uF cap is larger than recommended.
• Please add I2C pull-up resistors per the following app note - https://www.ti.com/lit/an/slva689/slva689.pdf

Everything else looks fine.
