Hi team,

My customer are using TCAN1044AVDRQ1 for their project. To verify the bus fault protection, they connect TCAN1044AVDRQ1 to CAN OE and start CAN interface, after short to the CANH pin to external 24V several times, the CAN IC was damaged. They are asking if they are using correct way to test the bus fault protection, can you please give some guidance for the TCAN1044AVDRQ1 bus fault protection test?
