DS125BR111: CTE

Part Number: DS125BR111

Tool/software:

I am reaching out to request Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE) data for the component we have sourced from your company. Could you please provide us with the CTE values ? We would appreciate it if you could provide the CTE values in ppm/°C or ppm/°F, as well as the temperature range over which the values are applicable.

  • Hi Tamren,

I'm requesting this information from packaging.  I'll try and get an ETA on and answer for you.

  • Hi Tamren,

    A couple additional questions:

What is the end application (Why is the package-level CTE value needed)?

We have two options for modeling, which would you prefer:

    1. Non-directional CTE (assumes CTE values are the same in both x- and y-directions, regardless of package or die aspect ratio): <1w for estimate

    2. Directional CTE (provides both x- and y-direction CTE values): ~2w for estimate

    Regards,
