TUSB8041-Q1: idProduct=80ff

Customer found found that similar problems will occur in two working conditions through abnormal simulation:
1. The D+/D- shorted together when the port has USB Device
2. The D+/D- are shorted 5V while no USB device on this port, but a USB deivce on another port at the same time
