My customer IMOTION has a problem for PHY:
The device cannot read phy when working in RMII mode, and mdio cannot detect phy.
It is OK in RGMII mode. I suspect that 50MHz clock needs to be provided to phy immediately after reset in RMII mode, but I am not sure.
