TCA6408A: Nothing in datasheet on thermal pad connection?

Part Number: TCA6408A

Tool/software:

I am using the TCA6408ARGTR in a design but I can not find anywhere in the datasheet if the thermal pad should be connected to GND or left floating?  This is typically in the datasheet.  Am I missing it somewhere?  What is the recommendation?
