i'm using TCA9406 and i see at the output that sometimes the "0" is not going below 0.54V , it causes to missing bits (probably)
the PU resistor we use is the internal TCA9406 resistor (10KOhm)
i added picture of scope : yellow trace is CLK , Green trace is data where sometimes the "0" is not going below 0.54V.
will appreciate any ideas
