What's the difference between SN65HVD09 and SN75976A ?
For a new design, I must choice SN65HVD09 or SN75976A for a standard application ?

Clemens is correct. The HVD version was designed in the late 2000s while the SN75 version was designed in the late 90s. It would probably be best to use the newer design rather than the old one.

Depends on what exactly you need. These devices aren't commonly used as customers generally don't need this many channels. Most customers need quad drivers/receivers (AM26C31 or AM26C32) or just use single channel like THVD14XX (3.3V and 5V general purpose RS485/422 driver/receiver) or THVD15XX (cheaper 5V RS485/RS422 driver/receiver). The THVD family is TI's newest/latest RS485/422 devices which we generally recommend over the SNX5 family.
