Multilink purchased a DP83869 evaluation board and after a few days the board stopped working. There are a series of indicator LED's that show status information and those lights no longer showed any status and the board would not communicate to the SFP optical module. We didn't do anything more than turn the board on and configure jumpers. We would like to exchange the board and get a replacement.

Just to confirm, when you revert the jumper settings back to their default positions, the board doesn't operate as it did originally?\

Hi Shane, we never changed the jumpers from the 'out of the box' settings. The LED's just stop indicating link status.
