Hi I was working with CST simulation. Would require the Spice model of the above IC which should be unencrypted to run the simulation.
The samples of the ICs are ordered from TI. thanks.

Hi Siva,
Thanks for posting on E2E!
Unfortunately, the only available model we have for THVD2450 is the IBIS model, which is listed on the product page.
My only other recommendation would be to look into SN65HVD1786 and its respective PSpice model. We don't have many Spice models, but this device happens to be decently similar to THVD2450 (notably different are the supplies and data rate).
Let me know if that helps or if you have any other questions,
-Ethan
Hi Ethan,
Thanks for the Message and I have the IBIS model.so for better understanding i will select the model selector for each pin to connect the IBIS to IC in the 3D but what would be the control and enable for the output pins (R and diff output) let me know that would help. thanks.
Best Regards,
Siva
Hi Siva,
I am not sure I understand your question. Are you asking about DE and /RE pins and how they relate to the R and A/B bus output pins?
Best,
Ethan
I have the PCB layout with THVD2450ICpins which needs to be connected to the IBIS model for channel characterisation. My question is what the input for the below pins (ctrl, En, Out) of differential output (A & B) as well as R pin of IC which is similar to the below. Thanks.
Thanks for clarifying Siva.
Currently you have the model for the A/B pins called "diffout" with the 5V option This only specifies the behavior for pins A or B (these use the same model). There are other respective models for the remaining pins. The R, _RE, DE, and D pins all correspond to your Ctrl, En, and Out pins. Please read through the first section of the IBIS model to better understand the functionality.
Best,
Ethan
Thanks for the message. I did that as you can see the below image but what my question is ...i am injecting the differential signal at diffout pins but could not see the single ended output at the TU_Rx pin . Does this IBIS model interact with the diffential to single ended output. please let me know.
The IBIS model should output to the R pin based on the differential inputs on a basic 1 or 0 level. However there is a chance that is IBIS model was not configured for this. Generally IBIS models are used for testing the analog behavior and characteristics of each individual pin, not necessarily device digital functionality.
I have reached out to one of our engineers who will be able to confirm whether this IBIS model has that functionality. I will update you as soon as I get a response.
Hi Siva,
I have confirmed that this device does not support differential input, only differential output. This is actually implied by the model name itself "diffout." For functional testing, I would again recommend the model from SN65HVD1786.
Best,
Ethan
