TUSB8044A: can't regonize the device

Hi,

Recently, during a warm boot test conducted 4XX times, we found that the USB2 HUB within the TI TUSB8044AIRGCT fails to recognize devices.
Devices: Mouse, keyboard, USB2 flash drive.
However, the TUSB8044AIRGCT is still detected in the system, as shown in the figure below. After a power-off and reboot, the issue can be resolved, and normal operation is restored.

Could you provide possible directions for troubleshooting this issue or share if you have encountered similar situations before?
