We would be requiring the transient simulation model for the TCAN1044A-Q1 IC, for PSpice Model Simulation. Any help in this regard would be great.

Hi Akshat,

TCAN844-Q1 is an option for pin-2-pin equivalence. Also note that TCAN1044-Q1 works the same for TCAN1044A-Q1 and any 8 pin IBIS model works. Hence, see TCAN1044-Q1 IBIS Model, thanks.
