Tool/software:

I am reaching out to request Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE) data for some of the components we have sourced. Could you please provide us with the CTE values for the subject part number?

We would appreciate it if you could provide the CTE values in ppm/°C or ppm/°F, as well as the temperature range over which the values are applicable.

I believe CTE is different across package type. What package do you need this information for?
