TIOS1023: Absolute maximum rating of VCC_OUT

Dear team, 

The customer want to know Absolute maximum rating of VCC_OUT for TIOS1023. 

For TIOS102,  Absolute maximum rating of VCC_IN is 6V like below. but we can't find value of VCC_OUT for TIOS1023.  Is absolute maximum rating of VCC_OUT for TIOS1023  same value with for VCC_IN of TIOS102?

 

The customer tested Pin short-circuited to VCC. They already know If VCC_OUT short to VCC, this cause potential device damage. but they have to know Absolute maximum rating of VCC_OUT. 

Please let me know your opinion.

    The VCC_OUT pin is the output of the internal LDO and is specified as having a max output voltage of 3.46V. 

    Because the Input Logic Supply Voltage in the TIOS1023 is supplied from this LDO, the Abs max voltage is the same as the abs max logic supply voltage for the TIOS102 device and the VCC_IN which is 6V.

    In the case of an external voltage applied to the VCC_OUT pin in excess of 6V, it would force the digital circuits to see a voltage greater than the abs max and could cause permanent damage.

    The TIOS102x and TIOL112x devices share the same core design with the TIOS102x essentially be a reduced feature version of the TIOL112x in the functional sense.  Therefore the information in the TIOL112(x) Functional Safety FIT Rate, FMD and Pin FMA is applicable to the TIOS102(x) devices as well.
