Can you confirm the voltage is measured at the IN22 and what is the voltage at Vs pin?

At Vs pin I am supplying 12.5V. I am using MSDI as the source mode and connecting 100ohm with 5mA wedding current. I am getting around 0.13V

To help you further, I would need to understand how the device is configured. Can you please provide a list of all device registers? It could be the device is not setup correctly.

Ok sure Joshua, But other than this all other INx pins are working fine. 

The following are the registers configured for reading the ADC value,

1. Making the config register to 0.

2. Enabling the particular channel in the IN_EN register

3. if INx is less than 10 there will be option to select it as a source or sink

4. Configure the pin as ADC or comparator mode in MODER register.

5. Configuring the wetting current in their respective register.

6. Enable SSC_EN interrupt generation in the INT_EN_CF0 register.

7. Put 0xC22 value in the config register.

8. Reading the INT_STAT register for clearing it

9. At last I am reading the respective ANA_STAT register for reading the ADC data.

Thank you for providing the list of registers. Using your setup, I successfully read the ADC raw code without any issues. Just so we are on the same page, I provided the list of registers I used with their contents. It may be different than yours since you are using other INx.

• IN_STAT_ADC1 = 0x300
• CONFIG = 0xC22
• IN_EN = 0x400000
• WC_CFG1 = 0x18000
• MODE = 0x400000

If you are only seeing issues with IN22, are the other inputs configured the same (schematic and registers)?
