TS3USB3000: did the TS3USB3000 can input the bipolor waveform?

The TS3USB3000 has analog voltage io rating of 0V to 3.6V 

However because this is a usb 2 switch and you are likely passing USB 2 signals which means the  actual voltages signals  you are passing through the device (D- and D+)  just have opposite polarity.

This is differential signaling and it looks like this 

So two +500mv differential pair signals  is fine to pass through this device.
