Hi Hammad,

The max input high current of all pins minus XI and wake is 10uA the min is -10uA.

The max spec for input voltage to the LED pins is VDDIO + 0.3.

Also, if you are referring to the amount that the LED pins can drive. We recommend certain strap resistor values, you would be able to calculate the current draw we recommend using that, in the mA range.

Unfortunately, we haven't validated that value. We estimate it is in the low mA range.
