TMDS171: convert from TMDS to CML for SFP+

Hi All,

I would like to send and receive TMDS signals (DVI signals) via SFP+ using TMDS171IRGZT.
The other side is CML, so do I need a conversion bridge IC between CML and TMDS?
In this case, it may be possible to convert from TMDS to CML by using a pull-up, but it seems that it is not possible to convert from CML to TMDS.

If you have any good ideas, please give me some advice.

The physical layer for TMDS is current mode logic (CML), DC coupled and terminated to 3.3 Volts, so why do you need a converter bridge?
