TSB12LV26: Replacement for TSB12LV23 and TSB41AB3

   Do you mean TSB12LV23 or TSB12LV32?

thank you. From what i understood all TSB41AB3 are the same, the last letters are only for different packaging options? So there is no more recent replacement for the TSB41AB3?

As far as i can tell these chips are really hard to come by. I only see options from China, which seem quite obviously fake and missing the TI logo on the package. Sometimes Digikey has one or two on stock, but for selling prices of €15 per piece and additionally €25 for shipping. That's quite a situation, as these chips die very often because of late Vg events.

TSB12LV23 is correct. It was used very often in combination with the TSB41AB3.
