TUSB321AI: Are PR_SWAP and DR_Swap CC Commands Support

I would like to know if the TUSB321AI can support PR_SWAP and DR_Swap PD commands, when sent from an external device on the CC lines (I understand that there is no way of sending these commands from the TUSB321AI, so the question is about how it responds if it receives these commands).

If this is supported, what effect does this have on the ID pin?

Hi Graham,

The TUSB321 does not have nay circuitry to handle PD negotiations. The CC controller will simply see the PD negotiations as noise within USB spec on the CC lines. This will have no effect on the function of the TUSB321.
