SN74AXC8T245-Q1: Current consumption during VCCB is 0V

Part Number: SN74AXC8T245-Q1

Tool/software:

Hello Expert,

We'd like to confirm about current consumption during VCCB is 0V.

Our current configuration is VCCA is 3.3V and VCCB is 1.8V.

Our understanding for this device, device's output driver become high impedance if one side of VCCx is 0V.

In this condition, which current consumption calculation for VCCA correct?

  1. 12uA
  2. 96uA = 12uA * 8(channel)

Also, in above condition, A port may apply HIGH signal during VCCB is 0V.
Is there any risk of causing leakage current by this situation?

We want to make sure HIGH input during OUTPUT is Hi-z won't cause additional current consumption.

Best regards,
Kazuki Kuramochi
