For CAN Transceivers there will be a Split Termination of 60 Ohm and 4.7nF capacitor makes Low Pass Filter. How actually it filters only the noise.

The filter attenuates high-frequency common mode noise by shunting it to ground while preserving CAN signal typically u1 to 5 Mbps. Hence, the cap primarily acting on common mode noise and not differential, thereby reduces EMI without distorting the intended signal, I.e., 1/(2*pi*RC) as the cutoff freq, attenuating common mode noise above the freq and preserving signal integrity, thanks.
