TCAN1044A-Q1: The ability value of VOH

Hi,

It was found that the input threshold value on the MCU side is 0.8VCC in the model under development.
The TCAN1044AVDDFRQ1 output voltage (VOH) is also 0.8 VIO.
When the MCU side and can transceiver side oscillate to the worst, both become 0.8VCC
Due to specifications, there is a possibility that communication will not be possible.
Currently, there are no problems with not being able to communicate, and we believe that there is no problem in terms of ability.
I would like to confirm that there are no problems with my ability, so please tell me the ability value of VOH
