Thanks for reaching out on E2E!
Junction to case (bottom) values are only applicable for packages with exposed pads (like the VQFN). The other packages do not have exposed pads hence why they are missing. If you still need to provide a value, then you can use the junction to case (top) since it would be the worst case scenario.
