Thanks a lot for sharing, QuickStart!

Here are my comments,

Miller plateau voltage (Vpl) 4.2 V for MOSFET is bit high. LM5143 implements 5V gate drive thus to have sufficient enhancement, MOSFET with 2-3V of Vpl is recommended.
Output use predominantly electrolytic cap. High ESR of electrolytic capacitor should be compensated properly to ensure stable operation. Kindly confirm value ESR, otherwise compensation looks fine to me.
As DCR sensing is being used, ensure time constant of sensing and inductor matches. Otherwise, it would lead to sensing error in inductor current ripple.

Rest looks fine to me
