Hi Anusha,
We don't see a schematic posted (unless you removed it).
by vcc is 5 V and data pin are connected to 3.3V
Depends on the set up. An output of 5V to MCU/processor input could be outside of the level it can safely accept. You could use a level translator to bring the voltage down to 3.3V or use an external circuit (Maybe a diode and pull up resistor for example or resistor divider). We also have transceivers with built in level translation like the THVD2410V which you may want to take a look at.

Hi Anusha,
I would recommend using the THVD2410V: https://www.ti.com/product/THVD2410V
This adds a VIO reference pin which you can connect to 3.3V. This will ensure the transceiver outputs 3.3V to your microcontroller. Another option is to connect THVD2410's VCC pin to 3.3V so the R pin will output at ~3.3V as well.
Additionally, ensure the 10 Ohm resistors on A and B are pulse proof rated, otherwise these are not required.
Let me know if that answers your question, or if you have any other questions!
