USB-TO-GPIO2: How to Configure USB-To-GPIO Tools

Part Number: USB-TO-GPIO2
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQWIZARD,

Tool/software:

Hi Support Team,

Good day.

I have a Newly purchase USB-to-GPIO from TI official website, but it has never successfully connected and communicate with BQWizard.

I have post a question in another E2E, but engineer recommended to post another for this.

https://e2e.ti.com/support/power-management-group/power-management/f/power-management-forum/1508287/usb-to-gpio2-usb-to-gpio2-could-not-communicate-to-bq-wizard/5829451#5829451

I would seek for your help to identify whether the unit that I purchased is defective or there is some configuration need to be done for making it work.

The step I have try:

1. I have tried both windows 10 & 11 to connect the USB-to-GPIO tools, both shows the error message "USB-TO-GPIO interface adapter was not found".

2. I follow to user guide, tried to download the Fusion Digital Power Designer, it shows "NO DEVICES FOUND"

Please advice what to proceed next.

Ben
