What is the junction temperature (Tj) for the THS8200IPFPEP? I couldn't find this specification in the datasheet.

Sorry, the link is an internal post that you cannot access. Here is the response from the post.

Theta J/A for with the thermal pad soldered to a high-K PCB ground plane is 21 C/W.

Theta J/C is 0.17 C/W.

At maximum power with the thermal pad soldered to a high-K PCB, the junction temeprature should be near 85C.

The junction temperature should not be allowed to exceed 105C.
