Figure 12-6. of the datasheet confirms the UCC14131-Q1 can be used as a positive and negative Voltages source.
I would appreciate if you can propose resistor values required to get a VOUT1 of 5 Volt and VOUT2 of -5 Volt?
And hopefully also a more detailed circuit diagram than the one in this figure?
Please use the UCC14131 Excel Design Calculator to determine the proper component values. Also, shown below is max power vs temperature derating curve for VDD-VEE=10V, VEE=-5V...pay attention to the max power capability based on your target ambient temperature and input voltage.
