The device has bond wires, but what about bond wires needs qualification? Is there a specific specification you are looking for?

Do you have an example of this from another device?

I wanted to check if the Copper bond wire itself is qualified by AEC-Q006?

Hi Aarthi,

Given this is a non AEC-Q100 device, I don't think this device is AEC-Q006 qualified.
