Tool/software:
We are using TCAN332DR in a project for HMI of forklift. The product went into mass production since 2021. There are specific batch input IC material in 2024 got quality issue and the failure rate went high so the customer asked for a failure analysis report from TI but we just got comment like [Additional info requested : the failure rate is abnormally high, suspect application issue-Please search on TI's E2E at https://e2e.ti.com/ for a similar failure description. If no similar failure description is found, please ask a question on TI's E2E.]. We were expecting to return few dead parts(3pcs) for detail analysis but rejected by distributor ARROW. Is there any way that can help us to get supporting in order to close the quality issue?
