Hi Ladisch,
Thank you.
How about THVD1450 if we don't need auto grade?

Roy
50 Mbps is overkill, and the fast edges can lead to EMI problems.
Here is a search for slow, half-duplex, 3.3-V transceivers: ti.com/interface/rs-485-rs-422/products.html#1065=Half&0nom=3.3;3.3&976max=0.03;0.5 (The THVD1406 has the auto-direction feature.)
Hi Roy,
As Clemens pointed out we don't have too many RS485 devices that are automotive qualified.
The list of devices can be seen in the link below.
https://www.ti.com/interface/rs-485-rs-422/products.html#-1=Q1%3Bfalse&
You may need 1781 if you need to support 1Mbps. 1780 support sup to 115kbps.
If you don't need automotive qualified devices, you can look at the THVD14xx family. If you need to support 70V shorts, you may even look at the THVD24XX family.
