I need IBIS or SPICE model for TCAN2450 for EMI simulation. I have checked in the website but didn't find it anywhere.

    Hi Miles,

    We currently do not have either model. We are very unlikely to have a SPICE model on this device anytime soon - there may be an IBIS model at the devices RTM - which should be later this year - but that is still TBD. 

    If you have any specific questions that I may be able to answer please let me know; also if you have the datasheet (please request it online if you don't have it) there is an application schematic that is designed with EMI considerations in mind that is near the end of the datasheet - I know it isn't perfectly aligned with what you are requesting - but at this time we don't have much more than that to share.
