We are looking for a SPICE simulation model to use in our simulations. Could you share with us the Generic SPICE model for the part: TPD2S703-Q1.

If in case there is no SPICE model, could you share the equivalent model to include in our simulation.

We don't have a SPICE model. We have an IBIS model here: https://www.ti.com/product/TPD2S703-Q1#design-tools-simulation

Hi Eric,

Thank you for the reply.

However when I check the IBIS model, the Data/IO pins does not have any models defined. Could you verify this.

If there is no SPICE model available, could you share the equivalent model to consider the effect of this circuit. May be a S-Parameter or RLC circuit.
