Hi Haripriya,

We don't have a spice model available. We do have a IBIS model on ti.com: https://www.ti.com/product/TPD2S703-Q1#design-tools-simulation

Hi Eric,

In our design ESD is used as series component, I am not able to use IBIS model in series, hence requesting for spice model or s-parameter model. If possible requesting for ESD component RLGC loss for pin D+/D- and VD+/VD-. So that it can be used for SI simulation.
