TUSB3410: SPI to USB Bridge Options

Part Number: TUSB3410

Tool/software:

Please ignore the Part Number for this post, I'm looking for a part number but a number was required to post in this forum. I originally posted in the ADC forum and they sent me here.

Tool/software:

Looking to use the ADS7953SBDBT and interface it with it over USB in a product. What's the easiest way to do that in terms of a chipset I can put on a PCBA for linux without requiring drivers for linux? I had been considering USB to SPI bridge using the FT2232H-56Q-TRAY, but figured TI has a USB to SPI chip or an easier way to implement it.

FT2232H-56Q-TRAY:

  • Hi Pete,

Unfortunately, we don't have any devices that support a USB to SPI bridge. I personally don't have any experience with this device, so I can't say I know of any other solutions for communicating with this device outside of a USB to SPI bridge. Sorry about that.

    Thanks,

    Ryan
