Hi Karhtik,
The TCA9548A is a passive i2c switch where it passes i2c signals between controllers and targets.( This is not a buffer device)
It doesn't have predetermined VOH and VOL for its io pins.( The "VOH" and "VOL") are essentially system dependent
So if a 3.3V pull up resistor is placed on a io pin of the device, the VOH of that io pin is 3.3V
So if a 5V pull up resistor is placed on a io pin of the device, the VOH of that io pin is 5V
