MAX232: When RX is transmitted back to UART IC, the bit delay time issue.

Part Number: MAX232

Tool/software:

Hi,

I have a few questions about MAX232IDR.
Question: The current data rate of this material is 120Kbps. When using Baud rates 115200, the error of each bit delay is too large when RX is transmitted back to UART IC.

1. As shown below, the UART RX timing I measured is only 8us for the start bit (Figure 1), and 9.32us for the first bit (Figure 2). According to Baud rates = 115200, each bit timing should be 8.68us (Figure 4). Is it caused by slew rate?

2. There is an experiment using MB3232I with a data rate of 250Kbps, and the measured result is within the range of 8.68us (Figure 3)

3. Please provide suggestions for the above solutions.
