I would like to get information on the lifespan of the component ESD2044 channel and whether are any alternatives with flipchip packaging, do we have recent data or recommendations?

Hi Antonio,

Our devices don't necessarily have a lifespan. I will say we did a million pulses on one of our devices and there was no failure. Nothing right now for alternatives with flipchip packaging.
