Hi Jeff,

I'm able to see the device in my cart as a sample when I try do it.

Can you show me with a screenshot of what you're seeing? Or are you not able to find the sample's button? 

(Sometimes an employee's screen view is different from customer's so I may not be seeing what you see).

I haven't heard of us discontinuing samples for commercial devices.

I'm not able to see the file through the link. It looks like TI's firewall is blocking me from accessing it.

Are you able to upload the image through e2e directly? You should be able to do it by clicking on the 'insert' tab then click on image/video/file.

Do you see this hyper link (image above)?

After clicking it, you should be able to add the sample by scrolling down and clicking the add sample link(below)

From there, it should show up in the cart as a sample which you can modify the number for.

Is there a part in the instructions above that doesn't work for you?
