1. We understood that pretining was involved covering the lead frame in whole but we are curious on the singulation process (lead frame cutting). What should be the condition of the lead frame?

2. Besides that, we would like to know the finishing of each side as per indicated below:

3. Now we are only seeing copper color on all sides of lead finishing except the bottom side as per the image below. This has definitely impacted our soldering condition (formation of the fillet). Is the below condition considered normal?

Hi,

Will you please clarify the first question? In regards to the leadframe finishing, the material being used is Nickel (see the breakdown here: link). I believe all of our parts have some sort of leadframe plating so not sure why it's looking like copper. Will you send the shipping information and the label on the bag the devices came in?
