reaching out with an inquiry regarding the 220pF capacitor connected to LINBUS-GND in LIN10285DRQ1.
As shown in the attached image, the capacitor specification is currently limited to 220pF. We would like to confirm whether it would be acceptable to increase the capacitance to 270pF.
For reference, the internal capacitance of the TVS diode (protection device, ESD1LIN24) is 3pF.
During the EMI RE rod antenna test, we observed insufficient margin in the 500 kHz to 800 kHz frequency range.
1) Case : 220pF_Margin : 3DB
2) Case 270pF_Margin : 5DB
After testing various configurations, we found that changing the capacitor value was the only measure that showed an improvement.
We kindly request your confirmation on whether using a 270pF capacitor would be permissible.
