Is there any reference design or documents how to implement Synchronous ethernet using DP83869HM? Is there any other part from TI which supports SyncE which have RGMII.

Hello,

I am not aware of any SyncE reference designs readily available from my BU, but the PHY just needs a small configuration change to enable the recovered clock on CLKOUT pin. At that point, the signal would need to be routed accordingly for your application's SyncE purpose.
