Customer need this info to verify the performance under high temp.

We don't currently have data on cap vs. temp. What is the interface being protected?

Hi Sebastian,

Is is used for the EMIF bus connected to the SoC(C6746) with external display and Flash mermory.

Under high-temp condition, flash read/write anomalies cased SoC shutdown.

The issue was resolved after removing this ESD device.

Do we have a lower cap p2p replacement option?

Hi Adrian,

Unfortunately we don't have any p2p replacements for this package. The closest device/footprint would TPD6E05U06RZR.

It has much lower capacitance so it should solve the issue if the capacitance of TPD6F002 is distorting the EMIF signals at high temps.
